Don Johnson Automotive Group Monthly $250 Gas Card Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Wisconsin only.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Don Johnson Automotive Group, its affiliated dealerships, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the same month.
Entries do not roll over to subsequent months.

How to Enter

Online Entry:

Complete the official online entry form at the Don Johnson Automotive Group website or participating dealership websites.
All required fields must be completed to qualify as a valid entry.

Mail-In Entry:

Handprint your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Don Johnson Automotive Group – Gas Card Giveaway Don Johnson Automotive Group 734 West Avenue Rice Lake, WI 54868
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable month and received within five (5) days after month-end.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per month.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days following the end of each monthly promotion period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
No purchase necessary.
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

One (1) $250 gas gift card will be awarded each month.
The prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Notification of Winner

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within ten (10) business days of the drawing.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Don Johnson Automotive Group and its marketing partner, Orange Media Group, Inc., to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes (e.g., “Sarah M. from Eau Claire, WI”).
With additional permission, Sponsor may use the winner’s full name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions

Don Johnson Automotive Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification.

Dispute Resolution

By entering, participants agree to resolve disputes individually through binding arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class action.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
